Salad Bar Manager

Full Time Position

The Golden Nugget Bakery, a leader in its industry, has a vacancy in their Salad Bar Department at their Drive Thru Bakery in Sturt St.

This is a great opportunity for any food/sandwich lovers to join a growing business with a unique concept.  The successful applicant will join a committed team of people who pride themselves on delivering outstanding product to our customers, whilst maintaining a fun and vibrant workplace.  We are particularly looking for somebody who has high energy, a bright and bubbly personality and who has a passion for food and particularly sandwiches/rolls/focaccia’s.

Other abilities the successful applicant might display;

  • Experience in food preparation
  • Experience in leading a team
  • A very high standard of cleanliness
  • Safe Food knowledge and/or Food Handlers Certificate
  • Have displayed a strong work ethic in previous roles and have worked in a busy food environment
  • Ability to follow processes & procedures, and to work to a high standard
  • Be organized, productive and manage your time effectively
  • Able to work under time constraints
  • Work, participate and contribute to the team environment
  • Fit and healthy for the work type required
  • Work, participate and contribute to the team environment

The successful applicant must be able to do 6.30am starts and work either a Tuesday to Saturday roster or a Sunday to Thursday roster.
